WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 


EyeMD EMR Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking a driven and self-motivated Account Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial lead engagement to closing, fostering strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Sales Engineers, and Sales Operations (SalesOps) to deliver tailored solutions. This role requires a professional with excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for technology and healthcare solutions. 


As an Account Representative you are the face of EyeMD EMR, working closely with ophthalmology practices to identify their needs and recommend solutions that enhance their efficiency and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives on meeting goals, exceeding customer expectations, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism. 


WHAT BASIC QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of professional sales experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare industries. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. 
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including active listening, articulate speaking, and business writing. 
  • Confidence in cold-calling, negotiating, and closing sales deals. 
  • Willingness and ability to travel for trade shows, client meetings, and onsite demonstrations. 
  • High degree of adaptability to rapidly changing products, offers, and customer needs. 


WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE: 


  • Experience in the ophthalmology industry or familiarity with EMR systems. 
  • Knowledge of sales psychology and SaaS sales strategies. 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. 
  • Familiarity with technical product presentations and collaboration with sales engineers. 
  • Previous experience working collaboratively with cross-functional sales teams.
