Customer Service Representative
Summary:
EyeMD EMR Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks a responsible and highly self-motivated Customer Service Representative who is ready to take on all customer service responsibilities from taking phone calls, scheduling, and seeing our clients through their implementations with our implementation guide lines. Our ideal representative consistently delivers a professional and engaging interaction with each client and their staff and to company partners and works to uphold the ideals and standards of our company. The successful Customer Services Representative must constantly strive to exceed customer expectations. To be considered for this position, you must live and permanently reside within one of the following states, FL, GA, MI, NC, OH, OK, PA, TX, WI.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Deliver excellent customer service that ensures high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work with clients to determine their needs and then appropriately present the best fit solution
- Prepare team for each client’s implementation needs accordingly to ensure successful implementation and use of time
- Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features:
- EyeMD EMR
- EyeMD ASC
- Flex Optical
- EyeMD EMR PM
- Other Vendor Relations
- Accurately document all client interactions in systems provided
- Provide an easily accessible and trustworthy point of contact for clients and partners
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client requests and questions:
- Implementation
- References
- Schedule Trainings/Conference Calls/Meetings/Demonstrations
- Hardware Information
- Maintain client implementations for go live timelines by reaching out each non live client every 60 to 90 days
- Willingly meet all goals and/or deadlines as identified by Management
Qualifications & Skills:
- General understanding of the principles of customer service
- Easily adapt to the unique needs of the Ophthalmology industry and changing products/offers
- Strong communication skills & experience with customer service
- High school diploma required, along with some healthcare knowledge
- Proven track record in achieving excellent customer satisfaction
