- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms (software programs)
Qualifications
- Relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Good Listening skills
- Moderate typing skills
- Willing to learn basic knowledge of plumbing, drains, and HVAC for customer service phone calls
- Demonstrate office-setting professionalism at all times
- Other office tasks may be assigned as needed including filing, organizing, and billing
