Job description : The CRM Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing and segmenting EYOS’s customer data to make recommendations to optimize our Marketing & Sales strategies. Role would organize and analyze customer data, monitor marketing and advertising campaign performance and customer journeys, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend optimizations to increase sales conversion rates. Reports to the Director of Marketing and collaborates with Sales and Management teams.
Estimated 5-8 hours for the first 6 weeks, then 2-3 hours per week going forward
Responsibilities :
Data Analysis Segmentation : collect and analyze customer data to identify customer behavior. Segment audiences to help create targeted marketing campaigns.
Customer Journeying Mapping : track behavior and purchase histories, create customer journey maps, and utilize insights from the mapping process to develop new, targeted initiatives.
System Optimization Integrations : Continuously optimize CRM systems and processes to ensure they align with business goals and deliver value to end-users. Integrate existing ESP with Salesforce.
Reporting and Dashboards : Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
User Training : Develop and deliver training programs for CRM users to ensure they fully leverage the system's capabilities and best practices.
Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing of CRM system changes, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
Documentation : Maintain accurate documentation of CRM configurations, processes, and workflows to support ongoing system management and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications :
BA or MA Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on CRM systems.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and related tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
Knowledge of best practices in CRM, customer lifecycle management, and industry trends. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing CRM-related challenges.
