What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-commerce Advertising Specialist Assistant position at EZ Commence Inc?
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Advertising Specialist Assistant to support our advertising and sales performance across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify. No prior experience is required—we provide hands-on training to help you learn e-commerce advertising and marketplace management.
This role involves monitoring ad campaigns, analyzing sales performance, and reviewing creative content to optimize product visibility and conversion rates. If you have a strong willingness to learn and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advertising Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
- Learn and assist in managing advertising campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify-related platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Monitor key ad performance metrics such as ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Assist in adjusting ad budgets, bids, and targeting to improve results.
- Generate reports on ad performance and provide insights based on training.
2. Sales Performance Tracking & Analysis
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all platforms.
- Learn to analyze trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work with the team to optimize product listings and promotions for better conversion rates.
3. Creative Content Review & Coordination
- Review ad images, videos, and product descriptions to ensure they meet brand standards.
- Work with the marketing and design teams to improve ad copy and visuals.
- Ensure all ads comply with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify advertising policies.
4. Marketplace & Campaign Management
- Learn to set up new ad campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Stay updated on marketplace trends and competitor strategies.
- Assist in inventory coordination to ensure stock availability aligns with ad spend.
Qualifications & Skills:
- No prior experience required—we provide full training!
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of Excel, Google Sheets, or data entry.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online advertising is a plus.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
