Sales or Account Manager Experience is a must
Two Shifts Available
1. 4 days during the week (9-6) then Saturday (9-4)
2. 4 days during the week (9-6) then Sunday (11-5)
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, email, chat, and other online channels, providing information about products, pricing, promotions, and order status.
- Assist customers in navigating the website to facilitate online purchases and offer product recommendations based on their needs.
- Handle post-sale inquiries, including order tracking, returns, exchanges, and product support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote online sales, including seasonal campaigns, special offers, and email newsletters.
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions using CRM software.
- Monitor and analyze online sales trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide feedback to the merchandising team on customer preferences, stock levels, and product demand.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide customers with detailed insights and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
