Overview
EZ-Lawn and Leaf is seeking experienced and dedicated Lawncare and Landscaping Crew Members to join our growing team. If you have a passion for outdoor work, a strong understanding of landscape maintenance, and a desire to advance into a leadership role, we want to hear from you! We are looking for 3-4 key team members who are eager to take on crew leadership opportunities. Job Responsibilities
As a Lawn Care Technician at EZ-Lawn and Leaf, you will play a key role in maintaining our clients’ properties to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lawn Care & Maintenance: Mowing, trimming, edging, and leaf removal to keep lawns looking pristine.
- Landscape Maintenance: Weeding, shrub trimming, mulching, and bed maintenance to enhance curb appeal.
- Equipment Care: Properly maintain, clean, and store tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE (eye and hearing protection) when operating equipment.
- Team Support: Work collaboratively with your crew to complete jobs efficiently and uphold our company’s high standards.
- Other Duties: Assist with additional lawn and landscape tasks as needed to support the team.
Job Requirements
We look for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in lawn care, groundskeeping, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Skills & Knowledge: Experience operating lawn care equipment and basic hand tools used in landscaping is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Bring a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality work and professionalism.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Equipment Use: Experience driving a truck with a trailer is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Safety First: Proper PPE (eye and hearing protection) must be used when operating equipment.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
