If there are properties that I wouldn't want to do myself, I don't expect others to do it either. If there are potential clients that are just not great people. We just don't work with them. I don't have the time or energy to let someone else disrespect me or any of my employees. That is something I consider to be core to our brand. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Mowing grass
• Using a weed eater
• Driving a truck and trailer
• Trimming hedges
• Using a stick edger
• Maintaining equipment
• Installing mulch
• Pulling weeds
• Leaf removal
• Using our application to track jobs
• Reviewing property for other service opportunities.
• Holding crew accountable for work completed.
• Etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Driving is a requirement for the job. Do you have a current valid drivers license?
• Working outdoors can be tiring - do you feel confident that you can continuously bend, kneel, twist, and lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the day? At times can add up to walking 5-6 miles a day.
