Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies that align with our business goals.
- Team Building: Play a key role in recruiting, training, and mentoring a sales and marketing team to drive performance and achieve targets.
- Lead Generation: Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials to enhance our brand message.
- Sales Operations: Assist in establishing a sales process and pipeline, from lead acquisition to deal closure, while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, providing insights to refine our strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and customer support teams to ensure alignment in messaging and to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales efforts, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hardware.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
