EZ Window Washing is Tulsa's premiere residential and commercial window cleaning company. We are currently seeking a new employee to add to the team who's not afraid of hard work, self-motivated, driven, and works well alone and on a team.

As a window washing technician, you'll be responsible for providing top notch service to our commercial and residential customers. This means having great attention to detail, maintains servant-oriented mentality, and constantly looks to go above and beyond for our customers and fellow team members.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in US
• Pass background & drug test
• Drivers License and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds throughout the day
• Willing to work at varying heights and weather conditions.
• Ability to set up and work from a ladder safely up to 40 feet, or on roofs

Essential Responsibilities and Functions

• Perform window cleaning service safely and effectively for commercial and residential customers
• Attention to detail and take great care for customer property and possessions
• Clear the job site of tools and equipment and store neatly and correctly in truck or shop
• Use chemicals and degreasers as recommended by the label when appropriate
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury
• Keep tools and equipment in good order
• Routinely conduct vehicle & equipment inspections
• Interact with residential customers and commercial clients regarding their requested services
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Ability to upsell other offered services when appropriate
• Inquiring for reviews or referrals
• Attend Employee Reviews & Meetings as initiated by Management
• Perform any other duties directed from Management
• Teamwork & Collaboration
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality in compliance with company policies
• Effective time management & self-accountability
