EZARC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fabrication Project Manager with a strong background in structural steel fabrication to oversee the fabrication and assembly of structural projects.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of fabrication projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential project issues and risks.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of fabrication professionals.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
- Oversee quality control inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fabrication Project Manager in the structural steel industry.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in steel construction projects.
- Must be proficient in reading and interpreting structural steel drawings (e.g., shop drawings, erection diagrams).
- In-depth knowledge of steel fabrication processes, including cutting, welding, and assembly.
- Experience with Tekla Structures and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently 1 and as part of a team.
Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
