Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Benefits Coordinator to join our HR team. Duties
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Conduct regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Collect and analyze data related to employee benefits usage and satisfaction.
- Assist in the evaluation of employee performance related to benefits offerings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with HR team members to streamline benefits processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems such as Dayforce, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Paylocity, ADP, or SAP.
- Prepare reports and presentations on benefits utilization and trends for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in benefits administration or a related HR role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting employee benefits.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Dayforce, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Paylocity, ADP, or SAP is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to employees.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
