Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Benefits Coordinator to join our HR team. Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies such as FMLA.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements related to employee benefits.
- Collaborate with payroll departments to ensure accurate deductions and contributions related to benefits.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Dayforce or Oracle for managing employee data and benefits enrollment.
- Conduct employee evaluations related to benefits utilization and satisfaction.
- Assist in the recruitment process by providing information on benefits to potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Support employees with inquiries regarding their benefits and provide guidance on available options.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in legislation affecting employee benefits.
Requirements
- Proven experience in benefits administration or a similar HR role.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements related to employee benefits.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with Dayforce or Oracle is preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and systems such as Kronos is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to employees.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
