Job Description: Engineer, OSP Engineering Location: Houston, TX, 77036

We are seeking an experienced Engineer to join our OSP Engineering team in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Outside Plant (OSP) infrastructure for our telecommunications network.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement OSP infrastructure for our telecommunications network
• Develop and maintain OSP construction standards and specifications
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
• Conduct site surveys and provide technical support to field teams
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OSP engineering
• Strong knowledge of OSP design and construction standards
• Experience with AutoCAD and GIS software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
