Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise sales representatives in managing customer accounts, handling pricing requests, and processing contracts.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Track and report on sales activities, providing insights into performance and pipeline progress.
- Ensure accurate documentation of contracts, agreements, and other sales-related paperwork.
- Serve as a liaison between sales, finance, operations, and other internal teams to facilitate seamless business operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, billing, and service activation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating sales presentations, and following up with customers.
- Proactively communicate order status and project timelines to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimize sales processes and enhance team efficiency.
- Organize and maintain sales training materials, presentations, and internal documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a sales support, sales coordination, or administrative role, preferably in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Salesforce, Arc GIS, CoStar and other sales software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide quick resolutions.
