Key Responsibilities
Facilities Administration :
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all facilities, including office spaces, warehouses, security systems, and network infrastructure sites.
- Execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure the long-term efficiency and safety of all building systems and equipment.
- Support compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Support facility-related projects such as renovations, equipment installations, and workspace reconfigurations.
- Monitor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other critical building systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Manage vendor relationships for facility maintenance, repairs, janitorial services, security, and landscaping.
- Reconcile and document facility operations, which include utilities, maintenance, and repairs.
- Maintain an inventory of facility-related assets, supplies, and equipment.
- Respond quickly to facility-related emergencies to minimize disruptions and support business continuity.
