Manager, Business Intelligence
Role Summary :
As the Business Intelligence Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of reporting, analytics and data management for Ezee Fiber. This includes creating recurring & ad-hoc reports and Tableau dashboards to measure operational performance, revenue & contribute to the overall Business Intelligence strategy.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee Database development - including procedures, packages & complex SQL queries (PostgreSQL, Firebird, MySQL preferred).
- Create, optimize, monitor and troubleshooting ETL processes and data workflows.
- Collect, refine, validate and prepare data for analytics and visualization.
- Design, develop and maintain complex Tableau reports and dashboards for scalability, performance and re-use.
- Development experience with .NET, Java and Python.
- Analyze and assist in identifying operational efficiencies and process improvement.
