Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation; document review; legal research; drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery; case management; communicating with clients, prospective clients, court clerks, attorney service, court reporters, opposing counsel, consultants; Calendaring; and other tasks to support the firm's clients in various litigation matters.
Qualifications
- Legal Document Preparation, Document Review, and Legal Research skills
- Legal Research skills
- Strong reading, writing, and grammar skills
- Pleadings, Motions and Discovery drafting experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Attention to deadlines
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of litigation procedures and legal terminology
- Knowledge of electronic filing
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
