- This role involves supporting attorneys in product liability litigation, including document preparation, case management, discovery, and trial assistance.
- Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents while managing case files
- Assist with discovery, subpoenas, depositions, and document review
- Prepare trial materials, coordinate witnesses, and manage exhibits
- Analyze medical records, ensure billing compliance, and travel for trials
- Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience
- 4 years of litigation experience (defense preferred)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in legal technology, document management systems, and able to lift 30 lbs
