About the job and company

Ezzy Manufacturing is a growing provider of flooring, lighting, and door solutions for residential and

commercial projects. As we expand, we are seeking a Receptionist & Operations Executive who will not

only manage front desk responsibilities but also take an active role in warehouse coordination, administrative

support, and daily operations.


This role is ideal for an individual with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to

manage both office and warehouse activities efficiently.


Role Responsibilities:

Reception & Administrative Duties:

o Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

o Manage scheduling, appointments, and meetings for the team.

o Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

o Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering as needed.

o Assist with customer service inquiries and provide information on products and services.

o Handle filing, data entry, and document preparation to support daily office operations.


Warehouse & Operations Support:

o Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.

o Assist with basic warehouse management, ensuring efficient material flow.

o Work closely with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely shipments and order

fulfillment.

o Ensure compliance with safety protocols and warehouse organization standards.

o Support vendors and suppliers with order processing and inventory reconciliation.


Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or operations role, preferably in

building materials, construction, or warehouse management.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Experience with basic office equipment (phones, copiers, fax machines, etc.).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with warehouse processes, inventory control, and logistics coordination is a plus.
