As a leader in the Catholic arts, gifts, and manufacturing industry—with nine retail locations, a wholesale division, a robust e-commerce platform, and a custom manufacturing branch—we pride ourselves on tradition, craftsmanship, and exceptional service. We’re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about accounting and ready to grow with us.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with our Accounting Department on financial analysis and regulatory reporting
- Prepare and file monthly sales tax reports and other regulatory filings
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor business health and trends
- Cross-train in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions to strengthen the team
- Support general ledger operations and understand the full accounting cycle
- Utilize automated accounting systems to streamline processes
- Work closely with the Financial Controller to support company growth
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Hands-on experience with automated accounting systems
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a family business environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
