Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Broken Arrow, OK. This on-site role will provide essential support in daily accounting operations, with a focus on accounts payable, account reconciliation, and general journal review. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to contribute to a variety of accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Accounts Payable data entry and vendor payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform account reconciliations and review journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with additional accounting tasks as needed, supporting the finance team with special projects and daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounting, with a focus on AP and account reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
