Position Description:

Manages a team of supervisors as well as the workers on the production line and facility. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of manufacturing plant and their employees. Duties include planning production schedules, identifying productivity goals, and monitoring processes to ensure efficiency and compliance in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

· Manages and directs all production phases of Plant operation through staff members.

· Manage and plan the production schedule and update management on its progress.

· Provide management with updates on ongoing projects and possible threats to work order fulfillment schedules.

· In charge of creating and carrying out strategic plans to achieve the goals, as well as reviewing the results on a monthly and annual basis.

· Assures that all work is done safely and that all production processes at the plant run smoothly.

· Assures that all governmental regulatory standards are met.

· Verifies that every product manufactured at the facility and delivered to clients satisfies quality standards and client specifications.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Production Manager.
Adequate knowledge of business and management principles.
Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with pipe and tube production.
Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field or a minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
