What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Finance Attorney position at F. D. R. Consulting?
We are seeking a Real Estate Finance attorney with 3-6 years of law firm experience to join our Finance Department in NY, Phil or DC who has experience representing commercial and investment banks, debt funds and other lenders. Candidates should have experience in the areas of securitization, syndication and/or participation of commercial mortgage, construction and/or mezzanine loans. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials. Active bar in the location for which you wish to be considered is required.
Qualifications
Lender and borrower side transactions.
3 years of Real Estate Finance at a large of mid sized law firm.
Active bar in desired location.
Experience representing developers in sale, purchase and finance.
