Heating and Cooling Specialist

The Role:
As an HVAC Service Apprentice at F.H. Furr, you will be responsible for working alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings. This includes learning and assisting with installation, maintenance, and repair tasks, as well as engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning and Assisting: Work alongside experienced technicians to develop skills and knowledge in HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and repair.

Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services or products that can benefit customers.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Safety Compliance: Maintain a secure work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
