This is an in person, full time job located in Camas, WA.
Technology Solutions Team is an information technology company doing business in Oregon and Washington with its corporate offices in Camas, Washington. We work with hotels, schools, and offices. We do basic end-user computer support, networking, cameras, phone systems, access control, networking, Wi-Fi, email and cloud administration, server management and more.
We are looking for a support technician with networking experience to process support tickets, solve end-user issues remotely, assist in the installation of new systems, troubleshoot network and computer issues, and to communicate with vendors by telephone. The support tech will report to and work closely with other team members and our Director of IT.
Associate degree in networking or similar specialty is preferred, but not required

Technical Skill Requirements:
Foundation in computer hardware, software, and operating systems
Experience in troubleshooting technological, network, and end user computer issues
Microsoft Windows troubleshooting experience
Proficient understanding of networking including IP addressing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi
Familiarity with remote access programs
Set up and troubleshoot printer connectivity issues
Ability to document network information and create basic network maps
Experience with basic ethernet cable wiring & testing
Basic scripting experience is preferred, but not required
Basic Google Admin and Microsoft Active Directory experience is preferred, but not required
Associate degree in networking or similar specialty is preferred, but not required
Previous IT help desk experience is preferred, but not required
