Responsibilities
- Read project plans, drawings, specifications, and blueprints
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of a construction site, including supervising crews, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining project timelines, managing budgets, interpreting blueprints, and resolving on-site issues
- Delegate responsibilities and tasks to crew members, contractors, and other workers according to priorities and plans. Work with owners, general contractors, sub-contractors to achieve productive outcomes for the project.
- Supervise workers: Ensure workers are properly supplied with tools and equipment, and that they are working safely and productively to ensure the project is kept on schedule
- Inspect projects: Regularly inspect projects to ensure quality and compliance with plans
- Report progress: Prepare reports on work progress and equipment maintenance
- Manage resources: Ensure that resources, materials, and equipment are used efficiently and not wasted
- Communicate: Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other personnel as needed
- Ensure compliance: Ensure that work complies with all relevant safety standards and regulations
Skills and experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in civil engineering and construction management
- Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and construction plans
- Advanced knowledge of construction procedures and knowledge in operating equipment such as excavators, front end loaders, motor graders, backhoes, etc. commonly used in dirt work.
- In-depth knowledge of safety guidelines and best practices

Position Requirements:
- Applicants should have Experience in Supervising experience role.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record to drive company vehicles.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of safety standards pertaining to construction field.
- During peak season, ability to work overtime and weekends.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
