Position Title: Card Services - Seasonal Associate
Business Unit: Processing Operations
Reports To: Supervisor of Card Services
Position Overview:
This seasonal position focuses on processing disputes and maintenance related to debit and ATM cards. The role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while providing high-quality service to internal and external customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Performs maintenance on debit cards, ATM cards, and business check cards accurately, timely, and in compliance with department standards.
- Responds promptly and accurately to inquiries via phone and email to support internal customer service needs.
- Generates customer correspondence for each stage of the dispute process while adhering to Regulation E guidelines.
- Reviews daily and monthly reports, taking appropriate action based on assigned procedures.
- Assists with administrative and project-related tasks related to card services operations. Maintains accountability for risk management by adhering to the Bank
- 's risk management program in all card services activities.
