Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Avionics / Electronics Team Lead with a strong background in electrical engineering, software, and electronics to guide and develop a team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a passion for mentoring others. You will be responsible for overseeing electronic system design, production, and quality assurance while ensuring compliance with regulated industry standards (ISO, quality processes).

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers in avionics and electronics development.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to optimize team performance.
Oversee electronics manufacturing processes, troubleshooting, and quality control.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO and other regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet technical and business goals.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

10 years of experience in complex electronic system development and production.

6 years of team leadership / management experience.

Expertise in electronics manufacturing, EEE parts selection, and supply chain management.

Strong understanding of quality processes, regulated environments, and ISO standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with electronics contract manufacturing and industry best practices.

Knowledge of radiation-tolerant electronics, power electronics, or avionics systems.

Familiarity with pick-and-place, solder reflow, AOI, and other manufacturing processes.
