Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the avionics engineering team.
Oversee electronics manufacturing and resolve production issues.
Provide technical guidance for product development and production.
Develop plans and schedules for engineering projects.
Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
10 years of experience in electronic product development.
6 years of team management experience.
Experience with electronics manufacturing and supply chain management.
Experience with EEE parts selection and supply chain considerations
Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
