What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator position at F. Smith Strickland DDS, PLLC?
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals that are highly motivated for creating a superb customer service experience. Patient Care Coordinators are dedicated to improving every aspect of seeking dental care for each patient. The job includes but is not limited to daily communication with patients concerning scheduling, financial information as well as any concerns. Communication is accomplished verbally or electronically, which means that the candidate must posses a professional demeanor with great phone etiquette. The candidate must exhibit the ability to listen well, multitask and think and process information quickly. Ability to follow instruction well will be extremely helpful in training. Computer skills are needed as well for electronic communication such as scanning, importing and exporting files and data, data entry, and date review, emailing, scanning, attaching files and creating reports for tracking.
Responsibilities : daily, weekly and monthly tasks.

Prior experience on a business team
Positive and friendly Attitude
Personable—Excellent customer service skills
Excellent phone skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software and practice management software. (Training will be made available for practice management software)
Ability to strategize and solve problems
Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to multitask.
An analytical mind, comfortable speaking to others about money
Sales experience is a plus
BS / BA in Communications, English, Any foreign language, Finance or Accounting is a plus
