As our company continues to grow and diversify, we are actively searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Junior Event Planner who excels at multitasking and time management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our events and creative team on overall planning.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, including clients and vendors.
- Manage event-related materials and resources to guarantee smooth execution.
- Assist with vendor sourcing, event timelines, day of documents, and event-related projects.
- Support in various aspects of event coordination, from documentation and logistics management to on-site support and post-event evaluation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven project management skills, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Availability to work nights and weekends as events require.
- Flexibility for potential domestic and international travel.
Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The role is in-person in our New York City office.
