Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Boston, MA, with work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include hitting sales targets, monitoring personal performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales programming


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales execution and client account strategy.
  • Strong leadership and sales performance achievements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform sales efforts
  • Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or retail industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a hybrid work environment
