Assistant Studio Manager
The Assistant Studio Manager position is an exciting opportunity to support the growth and success of our studio while developing your leadership and business skills. In this role, you'll work closely with the Studio Manager to build and lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and create an incredible community experience for our members.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with day-to-day operations, ensuring the studio runs smoothly, and helping implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in training and motivating staff, ensuring they align with the studio’s goals and deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.
Additionally, you’ll be involved in leveraging social media to increase brand awareness, attract new members, and enhance client engagement. Collaborating with marketing, you’ll help manage the studio’s online presence and create compelling content to drive business growth.
With our business expanding, this role offers significant potential for growth, including opportunities to take on more leadership responsibilities, oversee multiple locations, and play a key role in launching new studios. Qualifications
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries (preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Sales and customer service experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive community and client experience
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with social media and marketing strategies to drive client engagement and acquisition
- Ability to problem-solve and think strategically to support business growth
- Passion for health, fitness, and creating a positive studio environment
- Proficiency in basic business software (Google Suite, CRM systems, social media platforms)
