Born in Australia, F45 Training merges 3 separate leading-edge fitness training styles into one consummate and compelling group training experience for its members. F45 Training combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. The fusion of these three training concepts has led to the development of 35 different, 45 minute workout experiences, with more in development by our F45 Athletics Department. This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle. The variation of our workout programming keeps our members challenged, eager to grow and ready to have fun.
The Membership Manager for an F45 Training studio is responsible for overseeing all sales; coordinating with the studio owner and the head coach to coordinate all sales initiatives including:
- Focuses on new membership sales for all F45s in the region
- Calls, texts, emails, and communicates with leads and prospects
- Responsible for the lead management of all gym sales, including delegation to other team members
- Takes the majority of new member tours
- Works with community field marketing and influencers to assist in lead generation
- Assists with module training and compliance as dictated by F45 Headquarters in the field of Sales and Marketing
Qualifications:
- Passionate about fitness and group fitness
- Proven negotiation and customer service skills
- Experience in membership sales, converting leads, and B2B sales
- Strong management and business development background
-Proficiency in account management and marketing strategies
-Familiarity with Mind Body preferred
- Ability to conduct product demos and perform sales analysis
- Experience in membership sales and cold calling techniques
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
