Our F45 family is looking to grow our sales team. If you are a positive, outgoing, confident team player this might be the perfect role for you. We are looking for a superstar sales professional. Someone who has an unstoppable drive to grow multiple studios, feels comfortable making over 50 warm calls a day, a fitness lover, strong customer service skills and an overall self drove salesperson.
- Our Sales associate role at F45 is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for our studios; including membership sales/renewals, maximizing workout traffic and maintaining premium customer service levels.
- As an F45 Sales Manager, you will participate in the operation and success of a fast pace fitness studio, build strong relationships with F45 members, corporate businesses and local businesses.
- Conduct face to face goal - oriented consultations with all trial members.
- Work collaboratively with the studio managers to manage the studio ensuring smooth and cohesive operations.
- Connect/call 50 warm leads daily.
- Attend all sales and training meetings
- Comfortable learning new software (MindBody, Microsoft, Google Drive, other CRM's)
- Sales: 2 years (Preferred) Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
