What you bring to the table:

• A strong positive attitude dedicated to the success of both your project as well as the overall organization!
• 5 years of project management experience in the curtainwall or façade industry (experience with high-rise buildings is a plus!).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and best practices for façade systems.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail and quality.

What your responsibilities will be:

• Lead and manage curtainwall/façade projects from initial design through to final installation, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee the procurement of materials, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage the logistics of large-scale installations.
• Act as the key point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and troubleshooting any challenges that arise.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, while maintaining a focus on achieving exceptional results.
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure successful project execution.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
