Office Manager/Executive Assistant
Location: Elmhurst, Queens, NY
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
We are seeking a meticulous and versatile Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join our team. This role demands an individual who can handle everything from opening mail to conducting higher-level analysis with ease. This is an in-person position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and procedures.
- Handle correspondence, including opening and sorting mail.
- Perform higher-level analysis and reporting as needed.
- Assist executives with calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Support administrative functions, such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Experience with payroll and HR is a plus.
