Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to lead our conveyor installations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for conveyor, with a focus on fostering an environment conducive to learning and development. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the installation, managing workflow, and reporting progress, ensuring standards/specifications are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in conveyor foreman or leadership role.
- Strong skills in schedule management, strategic planning, employee development, and supervising staff.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a commitment to fostering a FabCon culture.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and Amazon conveyor installation specifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
