Performance Responsibilities

Must be prepared to provide friendly assistance to consumers as they call in with questions regarding lawsuits.

Job Type : Part-time Salary : $18 per hour

Shift :

variable shift between 7 : 30 am 5 : 30 pm

Day shift

Weekly day range :

Monday to Friday

Work Location : One location

Requirements : Qualifications

Strong verbal communication.

Must be willing to communicate via phone and electronic correspondence.

Reliable and focused.

Self-motivated.

Attention to detail.

Must maintain confidentiality at all times.

Professional demeanor.

Strong decision-making skills.
