Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our paid media efforts as we move previously outsourced Marketing to an in-house team. The ideal candidate will have both B2B and B2C experience, but we will consider a candidate that has one or the other. In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI for our Uniform and Formalwear lines of business. This position will start as an individual contributor providing a path for the successful candidate to begin to add to their team at the end of the year. This position can be remote with the understanding that periodic meetings in our Vernon Hills, IL offices, will be necessary. Key Responsibilities
· Develop, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to drive high-quality leads and conversions and provide insights based on performance.
· Continuously monitor and analyze SEO campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies.
· Create, execute, and refine paid social media campaigns and manage organic social on Meta and Linkedln ensuring maximum ROI.
· Build and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
· Collaborate with the Creative leader to develop compelling ad content.
· Generate proactive content ideas based on business goals and audience insights
· Coordinate and maintain Shopify website updates for clarity, accuracy, and messaging
Requirements
This is not a beginner role. We are looking for a proven professional who brings demonstrated excellence in digital marketing. The right candidate has been there, done that-and has results to show for it.
· At least 6 years of high-impact experience in content and digital marketing, with a track record of delivering measurable results
· 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns. Proven expertise in paid social media advertising (Meta, Linkedln).
· Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.
· Proficiency with ad management platforms, audience targeting, and bid strategies.
· Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
· Knowledge of programmatic advertising and remarketing strategies.
· Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
· Google Adwords certification preferred.
