Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Lead Technical Architect at Fabiano Designs. Friday's are remote. The role involves planning, managing, and supervising architecture and interior design projects. The Project Lead Technical Architect will be responsible for overseeing submittals, architectural design, project management, construction documentation and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Qualifications
- Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
- Experience in project management for ground up mid size buildings
- Strong leadership abilities in coordinating technical architectural details and projects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of construction codes and regulations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Excellence at Construction Document management
- Comprehensive knowledge of Construction Technology
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
