Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads, develop opportunities, create detailed quotes and manage retail product projects.
- Read equipment specifications and contract drawings to determine equipment and service requirements.
- Support Outside Sales Representatives, Project Managers and the Sales Coordinator as needed to maintain a high level of group performance.
- Re-establish, qualify, and maintain contact with Fabick's Electric Power customers, contractors, and end-users to increase sales of generators and electrical distribution equipment.
- Handle direct mail and other promotional campaigns with assigned accounts. Customers will span all industry types.
- Will maintain accurate customer account information and machine population. This allows the targeting of specific customers for sales and promotions and the tracking of specific account and territory goals.
- Through the needs analysis process, ISRs will determine individual customer's needs and provide solutions to meet them.
- Ongoing process encompassing goal setting and setting attainable monthly and yearly objectives intended to reinforce continuous improvement and achievement toward company goals.
- Complete the Dealership's ISR training program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- High level of customer service skills are required.
- Strong technical and project management skills are required.
- Experience in the commercial power industry is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit for long periods, stand, walk, bend and stoop to perform the essential functions of this job. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
