Role Overview
As an Associate Product Manager for Virtual Care at Fabric, you will play a key role in supporting the development and growth of one of our core user experiences. In this role, you'll help shape the product's direction while working closely with cross-functional teams to execute on near-term priorities. You'll contribute to ongoing market exploration, product development, and deployment in medical facilities.
Fabric's Virtual Care product helps providers save time and enhances the experience for both providers and patients across millions of visits. You'll help refine and expand this impact while contributing to the future of hybrid care.
In this role, you'll collaborate with engineers, designers, and clinical leads, while also engaging with customers, including hospital leadership teams such as CIOs, CMIOs, and other key stakeholders. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care every day while growing your skills as a product manager.
Your responsibilities
- Contribute to the roadmap for the Virtual Care product suite and weigh inputs from market trends, customer feedback, sales, etc.
- Work closely with our engineering and design team to develop elegant and consumer-grade solutions to these problems
- Work hand-in-hand with our customer success, and implementations team on roll-outs, product communications, and training content
- Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions about what is working / not working
- Collaborate with other product teams to drive the creation of a shared platform

Note : This is a hybrid role and as we grow our office footprint will require 2-3 days of in-office work each week. Today, we have an office in NYC (Manhattan). We offer flexibility within this framework to balance the benefits of remote work with the collaboration of an in-person setting.

Expected compensation range for this role is $90,000-$120,000 base salary for NYC-based candidates. Base salary range may vary for candidates outside of the NYC metro area. Compensation is dependent on experience, overall fit to our role, and candidate location. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time.
