About the role
The Senior Product Manager for Virtual Care would take on ownership and growth of one of our core user experiences at Fabric. This role straddles the line between setting a forward looking strategy, while working closely with the organization to execute on the near term roadmap. This individual will drive continuous discovery into new markets and use cases, ongoing development, and imminent deployment into several medical facilities.
Fabric's Virtual Care product is a robust suite that has been giving time back to providers and improving the experience for both providers and patients across millions of visits. You will help usher the product to the next level and also crafting the future of hybrid care. Your work will immediately impact the lives of real patients, every day and we take that responsibility seriously at Fabric.
You'd report to our Virtual Care Product Lead and work closely with our cross-functional team of engineers, designers, clinical leads, etc. In addition, you will build relationships with our customers which include the hospital C-suite (from CEOs and COOs to CIOs, CMIOs, and more.
Your responsibilities
- Contribute to the roadmap for the Virtual Care product suite and weigh inputs from market trends, customer feedback, sales, etc.
- Make build / buy decisions for specific capabilities
- Work closely with our engineering and design team to develop elegant and consumer-grade solutions to these problems
- Work hand-in-hand with our customer success team on our early roll-outs, product communications, and training content
- Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions about where to invest, or confirm what is working / not working
- Collaborate with other product teams to drive the creation of a shared platform
- Help us grow out the product organization and build our team

Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, and education or certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications.
Expected compensation range for this role is $125,000-$180,000 base salary for NYC-based candidates bonus equity. Base salary range may vary for candidates outside of the NYC metro area. Compensation is dependent on experience, overall fit to our role, and candidate location. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time.
