Essential Functions & Duties:
Direct contact with current and future clients
Answering the phones to direct callers to the appropriate person.
Monitoring and tracking of clients requesting information
Work with team members to address technical questions, verify discounts and identify any potential additional services.
Assemble quotes, including help with specifications, discounting and pricing.
Update fulfillment and check items against inventory.

Keeping up with correspondence and have accountable response times
Continuation of customer service standards
Ability to process data to format and generate reports
Maintain meticulous records for later reference and reporting.
Communication with management teams on any needs or areas of concern that may affect other departments.
Additional Responsibilities:
Onsite Meetings with clients.
Onsite oversight of installations
Afterwork networking
Qualifications and Skills:
Have a positive “can do” attitude and lead by example
Adaptability, positive attitude, professionalism and flexibility
Ability to build relationships – You will be expected to seek new clients

1-2 years of relevant work experience highly recommended.
Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Basic Math (Geometry lover a plus!)
Proficient in office computer software use (GSuite & Microsoft Office Suite)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
Compensation Package:
Hourly Rate Base Commission
Full time, 32 - 40 hours, M – F 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with some scheduling flexibility
