Job description Fabrizia Spirits- New York Sales Representative
Responsibilities: Help build the Fabrizia Brand in the New York area by creating and managing all aspects of sales and marketing in New York including—but not limited to—making sales, inspiring/managing distributor (Southern Glazer's) relationships, distributor work-withs, daily use of Karma for CRM, merchandising, in-store tastings, initiating and overseeing on-premise events, including scheduling and supervising in-store promoters.
Responsibilities Breakdown:
- Maintaining existing business and growing sales of Fabrizia in New York to establish the brand's presence and profitability in the market.
- 2-3 Days on the Road Minimum
- Maintaining and growing distributor relationships (Southern Glazer's).
- Communicating with the distributor sales team as needed on a daily basis.
- Creating sales in New York by visiting accounts daily, 8-10 per day.
- Using Karma App Daily
- Merchandising all accounts
- Performing 1-2 in-store promotional tastings per month.
- 1-2 Day trips (or overnight if preferred) to Connecticut (CDI) for distributor work with's.
Salary and Incentives:
Base Salary – $65,000-$75,000 Based on experience.
Sales Performance Bonus Compensation - Up to $10,000 per year, paid Quarterly
Stipends:
- Fabrizia sales car monthly stipend allowance of $550/month
- Fabrizia provided a Credit Card for all out-of-pocket work expenses, including fuel, highway tolls, hotels, marketing materials, travel meals, and approved bar spends.
Paid Holidays (8): New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4’th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, Floating (1).
Paid Personal Time Off (PTO):
Year 1 - 10 days PTO
Year 2 and on – 15 days PTO.
PTO accrues over the course of the calendar year and expires if not used at year-end.
Health Insurance: Anthem PPO, 50% match.
Group Long-Term Disability Coverage: Begins after twelve full months of employment.
