Fabtronic Inc. is looking for a skilled Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving product quality throughout the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for conducting tests, inspections, and evaluations to ensure that our products meet established quality standards.
Responsibilities- Conduct routine quality inspections of products and processes at various stages of production
- Utilize measurement and testing instruments to assess product specifications
- Document and report inspection results, providing detailed feedback on product quality
- Assist in investigations of quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and quality control measures
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and quality reports
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Quality Assurance or a related field
- Previous experience as a Quality Technician or in a quality control role (5 years min)
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and principles
- Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- Proficient in using software tools for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to read prints is a must
- Experience with ISO9000
