Duties
- Provide high-quality Head Spa services, including scalp scans, ensuring all tools and workspaces are sanitized.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products and educating clients on their benefits.
Experience
- Cosmetology or Esthetician license is prefered.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in front desk operations within a beauty or retail environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices in beauty services is required.
