- Manage strategic and operational aspects of marketing budget management, working with many cross-functional teams
- Lead program operations with third-party vendors
- Lead collaboration with sourcing and legal team to manage agreements
- Drive key changes to programs to achieve future state objectives which could include processes, documentation, measurement, etc.
- Analyze, negotiate, and track optimizations to drive cost efficiency and impact on user growth
- Perform testing of new vendors and services to help onboard new vendors to improve overall quality and drive cost savings
- Work with analytic and engineering teams to resolve any Telcom carrier related technical and business issues
- Manage vendor relationships by answering day-to-day questions, helping organize and prepare for business reviews, and resolve adhoc issues. Build tracking and measurement for KPIs
- Assist in Auction by communicating and negotiating with vendors, analyzing bids, making recommendations, and ensuring agreements are executed in a timely fashion
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or eq uivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics or other technical field or 3 years equivalent technical work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of project or program management experience
- Experience managing large budgets, including forecasting
- Experience managing multiple vendors, including negotiating deals
- Knowledge with numbers and proficient in doing basic analysis
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience flourishing in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Experience in A2P SMS
