Facial Aesthetics, a leader in the medical spa industry, is seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our professional team!
This particular person will split their time between our Golden and Superior locations.
The Patient Care Coordinator is the first and last face our patients see when coming into Facial Aesthetics. They must always provide concierge service and be knowledgeable about the services and products offered in the clinic. The Patient Care Coordinator is also a liaison between the patients and clinicians. They must be a team player looking to provide the best overall experience for the patients.
Major duties and responsibilities:
- Greets patients in a professional and friendly manner upon checking in and checking out
- Manages the scheduling, rescheduling and confirming of appointments
- Is familiar with all aspects of the electronic medical system
- Answers a high volume of phone calls, emails and leads
- Schedules appointments for multiple providers
- Keeps office clean and inviting
- Records metrics on new patients and leads
- Participates in Grass Roots Marketing Events
- In depth knowledge of products and treatments
- Notify Lead Patient Coordinator and Office Manager of any patient issues
- Responds to the requests of the Office Manager
Minor duties and responsibilities:
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Prep necessary materials for the clinicians
- Input data into various rewards systems
- Assist clinicians as requested
- Assist Office Manager in tracking stock and retail levels
Qualifications for Patient Care Coordinator:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- One year sales experience
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Must be a self-starter and driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
